For 20 years we have worked with a Canadian software which was reliable but following it was very difficult in addition to have them quite a problem. Thanks to the company ADETEC that we have known the company LOGETEL. We have been using their product for two years and our remote monitoring PC... works perfectly and I find the dynamic monitoring of Mr. Jeridi who does not let go and Mr. Decamps who reacts effectively. Logiciel très pratique utilisé à notre CSU de Colombes. La saisie de fiche est rapide et son utilisation simplifiée (carte, numéros de téléphones, n° de clé etc...). SAV efficace en cas de panne, peu importe l'heure, le technicien prend la main à distance et résout le problème
